Returns & Exchanges

- Tea & Beverages: Due to health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on consumable products. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days for a resolution.
- Tea Ware & Accessories: Unused, unopened items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and condition.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

Refunds
